Product Administrator & Support vacancy in Amman

We are looking for a Product Administrator & Support in Amman, Jordan, 2+ years of experience in this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients who have implemented the tools, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, and upgrades, and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Conduct gap analysis and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with clients to tailor solutions to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian products into existing systems effectively.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for clients to ensure optimal utilization of the implemented tools.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices for configurations, customizations, and client interactions.
  • Implement and configure the Atlassian suite and other project management tools/products for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Atlassian and project management tools.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Atlassian tools.
  • A good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective gap analysis and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with integration of Atlassian tools with other systems.
  • Strong documentation skills to ensure thorough and clear records of configurations and client interactions.
